MFT Vanilla Matcha
Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding
This healthy ice-cream alternative is very simple to make!
All you need is:
1 Cup of Frozen Sliced Bananas
3 Large Strawberries
Slice a few yellow bananas and place into a sealable plastic container. Place the sealed container in the freezer and leave it overnight. Chisel out 1 Cup of bananas with a metal spoon and transfer to your blender or food processor. Next, wash and slice 3 large strawberries and add it to your blender. Set your blender/food processor on puree mode and blend until it has a consistency that is thick and creamy.
When ready, take out the 1/2 filled glasses of the Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding...
Now its time to get creative!
You can simply scoop your Strawberry Nice-Cream on top of the pudding and garnish it with dark chocolate morsels, strawberries, or whatever else feeds your soul!
