Excited to kick off the MFT Recipe Club with a new favorite recipe I created!
Its a rainy Saturday morning, I am pondering of how I am going to create my first recipe blog...
I spent 2 hours on Pinterest and nothing really sparked my interest, until I switched over to instagram and found @PurelyKaylie's creations. I love her minimalist aesthetic and emphasis on ingredients. One of her posts especially caught my eye, and it turned into a Target run...

Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding

Ready for an extreme antioxidant boost!
(2 Servings)
All you need is:
3 Tbs. of Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
In a small bowl, add all 3 ingredients and stir until the matcha powder is thoroughly mixed. Simply place in fridge, and after 2 hours stir. Then place it back in the fridge, and let it set for 1 more hour. After you've completed these steps, you can now place the pudding equally into the bottom of 2 glasses.
Set in fridge until you are finished making your Strawberry Nice-Cream!

Strawberry Nice-Cream

This healthy ice-cream alternative is very simple to make!

(2 Servings)

All you need is:

1 Cup of Frozen Sliced Bananas

3 Large Strawberries

Slice a few yellow bananas and place into a sealable plastic container. Place the sealed container in the freezer and leave it overnight. Chisel out 1 Cup of bananas with a metal spoon and transfer to your blender or food processor. Next, wash and slice 3 large strawberries and add it to your blender. Set your blender/food processor on puree mode and blend until it has a consistency that is thick and creamy.

When ready, take out the 1/2 filled glasses of the Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding...

Now its time to get creative!

You can simply scoop your Strawberry Nice-Cream on top of the pudding and garnish it with dark chocolate morsels, strawberries, or whatever else feeds your soul!
